Free local delivery service is available on most regular merchandise. A modest fee is assessed for out-of-town deliveries. Please ask your sales associate for details. Accessories, such as pictures and lamps, are fragile and should be taken with you to insure the safety of the merchandise.

There is a non-refundable delivery charge on all clearance and as-is items, and purchases under $399.95. You may incur a charge for setting up certain items in your home, such as bunk beds, futons, and other items that come unassembled. See sales associate for details.

Because of the large volume of deliveries made each day, we cannot schedule a specific time. That day, the delivery team will call you and give you an estimated two-hour window to when they will arrive. You will also receive a call if traffic or weather conditions are affecting your delivery time.

When your delivery arrives, please:

• Have your sidewalks and driveway clear of snow, cars, bikes or other obstructions.
• Let the delivery team know where your new furniture should be placed.
• Make sure all pets and children are in other areas of the house to ensure their safety.
• Remove shelves, pictures and other items out of the path of the delivery team.
• For safety reasons, the delivery team is unable to remove their shoes when carrying in your new furniture. You may cover your floors with blankets or ask the delivery team if they have extra blankets with them.
