For a period of one year from the date of purchase, Hennen's will - at our option - repair or replace the following manufacturing defects at no charge on:
- Flattening of cushion cores.
- Frames and springs on all upholstered pieces.
- Swivels and recliner mechanisms.
- Splitting, warping, and cracking of wood pieces.
- Casters and legs.
- Sleeper mechanisms and sleeper mattresses.
- Clock mechanisms.
- Seam slippage on fabrics.
- Loss of fabric tufts.
- Excessive piling/tearing of woven fabrics.
- Leather peeling or cracking.
Some manufacturers have warranties longer than one year on parts and sometimes on labor. We will honor these warranties according to the manufacture guidelines. We will also install parts for you at a reasonable cost if labor is not included in the manufacturer's warranty and you are unable to do so. Pickup and drop off charges are not included after one year.
Clearance Center merchandise carries only a one-year warranty while as-is merchandise has no warranty.
The following items are not covered under any warranty:
- As-is merchandise.
- Water or moisture damage on wood.
- Abuse or misuse of furniture.
- Commercial use of furniture/in-home offices.
- Daycare or in-home daycare use.
- Piling, fuzzing or pile cushing of fabrics, such as velvets or woven fabrics. This is considered normal wear.
- Fading of leather or fabrics.
- Scratches or dents that occur after delivery.
- Staining or soiling of fabrics or leather after delivery.
- Tears or burns of fabric or leather.
