Stains on Your Mattress Voids the Warranty - We strongly suggest using a quality mattress pad to prevent staining on your new sleep set.

Cleaning
Vacuuming is the only recommended cleaning method. If you must clean a stain, use mild soap with cold water and apply lightly! Do not ever soak a mattress or foundation, and don't use dry cleaning fluid of any type on your mattress. These chemicals could damage some of the comfort and upholstery materials.

Rotate Your Mattress
We recommend that you rotate your new mattress on a regular basis to refresh its comfort. Mattresses contain many layers of upholstery padding to increase their comfort life and support performance. Body indentations can be a normal occurrence in new mattresses, and indicate that the upholstery layers are conforming to a person's individual body contours. To help minimize body impressions, mattresses should be turned occasionally throughout their life. For convenience, we have illustrated the best method.

Rotate Your Mattress - Rotate mattress counterclockwise one-half turn. Realign mattress with foundation.
Body Impressions - in your mattress may appear to be a sag - but there's a big difference - Body impressions up to 1-1/2 in. is normal and not covered by the warranty. Thick, Plush and Pillowtop mattress may show deeper body impressions.

Many of today's mattresses use technologically advanced foams and fibers that are designed to be softer and more comfortable while ensuring your body has the support you need for good health. Even using the best components, the materials utilized for the comfort layers will naturally settle and compress due to the weight and shape of the user. These body impressions are not a structural or design defect, but a normal result from use. It will not affect the support and conformance of the mattress. Body impressions are not covered under the limited warranty.
